Pick Your Poison. How do you want to play?

“The Long Way”

(At your own risk)

  1. There is an infinite amount of turns. (The game might take 10 minutes, or an hour and a half.)

  2. Play until only one victim is alive at the table.

  3. Once only one Victim and the Patients Player remain alive at the table, you must then begin the “Final Three Turns”.

    This version is best for just one or two playthroughs.

“The Short Way”

(Recommended)

  1. There is a finite amount of turns. 9 to be exact. No more. (Though there could be less.)

  2. Play until you hit turn 7, or until only one victim is alive at the table.

  3. Once either of these two stipulations hit, you must then begin the “Final Three Turns”. (Starting most often on turn seven, but could be earlier if everyone else get’s caught and killed early in the game.)

    This version is best for multiple playthroughs.
