Choose who will play as the Patients, everyone else is a Victim, each offering a unique playstyle with positive and negative effects.
Step 2: Patients Explore the Asylum
Traversing the eerie rooms of Dr. Paradise’s facility. Every turn Drawing ever closer to the Victims hiding Among the rooms.
Step 3: Play Your Cards Right
Use a mix of Movement, Camouflage and Sabotage cards to outwit your enemies or fall victim to their plans as Patients use Bloodlust Cards against you. How far will you betray your fellow players to survive?
Step 4: Survive or Die
You can win by escaping with your life, but only one of you will be given a chance at true freedom. Can you outsmart your companions, or will you ALL fall prey to the asylum’s sinister machinations?
